Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of the RideWatts app ("the App"), provided by Eric Evenchick ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial training purposes, subject to the rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store where you downloaded it.

No warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that workout targets will be accurate or safe for you.

Health & safety

RideWatts is a training tool, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You are responsible for your own safety and for using appropriate equipment. Stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell.

Assumption of risk

Indoor cycling and the use of smart trainers carry inherent risks. You assume all risk associated with using the App and your equipment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.

Third-party services

The App can integrate with Intervals.icu and uses PostHog for optional analytics and crash reporting. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Your data

Most App data is stored locally. Optional Intervals.icu sync, analytics and crash reporting can transfer data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
